It's that time of year again, prime rib season! We can provide your holiday dinner with excellent prime rib. It can be prepared three different ways!
*We season and cook it and you pick up hot, bring a cooler.
*We season it and provide you with cooking instructions.
*Or we season and cook/cool. We cook to a rare temp and cool it down. We provide you with reheating instructions.

Justin Leonard, Owner
Frederika Locker, owned and operated by Justin Leonard since late 2020. Justin has worked at the locker for over twenty years starting when he was in high school. When he isn't working, you can find Justin relaxing at home with his three dogs or on the river in his kayak. He also enjoys golfing and sitting around a fire. While deer season is pretty busy, Justin would like to bow hunt more.

We have a meat and cheese cooler we stock with various cheeses/cheese curds, summer sausage, several varieties of snack stix, including our new flavor, AJ's Prime Rib Sticks, smoked pork loin, beef and pork Old Fashioned Jerky and the more popular, Ground and Formed, both beef and pork.
We also have a freezer we stock with beef roasts, steaks, pork products such as IA chops, German Style Rinderwurst, and much more!
